Music City Food + Wine Festival, which takes place at Bicentennial Park, is arguably the most anticipated festival in Nashville. The two-and-a-half day event celebrates Nashville’s restaurant industry with endless food and drink options for guests to indulge in.
Here are some of our favorite highlights from the event:
Best Food:
-Nicky’s Coal Fired’s Chef Tony Galzin served his famous gnocchi sardi made with bolognesse, porcini breadcrumbs and grana Padano. We went back for seconds and thirds!
-Woolworth on 5th served their crispy pork belly made with watermelon, feta, pickled watermelon rind in a balsamic reduction.
Best Drinks:
S
-Camapri served a refreshing Aperol Spritz which was perfect for sipping on in the heat!
-Skull’s Rainbowroom served their popular Rainbow Room cocktail made with vodka, ginger, pineapple, organ bitters and cava.
Favorite Installations:
Ruffino’s décor was breathtaking, full of pastel colors, flowers and a selfie station.
Hendrick’s Gin was by far the most eye-catching installation thanks to their traveling Grand Garnisher.
Cheers to the 6th annual Music City Food + Wine festival! HSC looks forward to the 2019 festival!
